A 6-month journey designed to help you release old patterns, regulate emotions, and reconnect with your resilience.
This is a small, intimate group, where you will be guided through monthly themes, healing practices, and integration exercises. Space is limited to maintain safety and support for everyone.
Each month focuses on a new theme to help you understand your story, heal, and integrate growth into your daily life. Each month you will get lessons, journal prompts, and guided meditation to complete on your own, a community to connect and share experiences with, and a monthly, live meeting.
The Cohort starts on April 1, 2026 with live sessions each month. All sessions will be held via Zoom. Recordings will be available for those who can’t attend live. Additional one-on-one appointments will be available to those who would like more face-to-face experiences.
